I have been working at Branding Brand (More than a year)
I made some great friends and learned a lot from them during my first year or so. The work environment was good at first, but quickly declined due to limited space and the open office layout.
Other reviewers have done a spot-on job of describing this place. The biggest turn off for me was how disrespectful the company is to their employees... and they seemingly don't even realize it. The "perks" that are meant to encourage you will only make you feel like a child. This company is not for introverts and people that don't drink. Every single company gathering is fueled by alcohol. It's a wonder that no one has ever died at the company party. There's a huge lack of direction. The company's "technology" is very quickly becoming irrelevant, and clients are finally starting to realize this. If you're the type of person that values privacy, you'll be very uncomfortable (I know I was) when you find out what data they collect about customers to track them across clients that aren't even affiliated with each other. 7 years in and they themselves still call the company a startup. Unfortunately it will always be a "startup," and that's NOT a good thing.
Advice to Management
There are many people below you that understand the technology and market better than you, believe it or not. You'd be smart to listen to them; and maybe you'd be in a better position if you had done so more in the past.
