You are treated like a slave here. Your opinion doesn't matter. They don't practice what they preach. Their culture is a crock. Customer care department is a disaster and have been for a very long time. The supervisor's are very fake, they will be nice to your face and then go in a little corner and talk crap about you. They will be nice to you at first and then when you start making errors they are ruthless. If you get up to go to the bathroom when it's not your break, they will scowl you for it, but won't say anything. It's very micromanaged up there, The supervisors have been on a power trip ever since they got promoted. Customer care has had three different managers in the past year and a half. The senior manager knows that everyone in customer care has been bullied and worked to the bone but doesn't do anything about it. Her attitude is "I know it's busy, I know you guys have been kicked around but get over it, it's your job". Everyone is miserable there. The moral has gone way down. It used to be fun and you used to matter in the department. Now you are just a metric when you work in customer care. Getting time off is a joke. You are required to go to the department meetings that are held after hours. Be prepared to put Breg first and everything else will come second if you work here. Overtime is also mandatory, you are required to go above and beyond and do extra work with no extra pay. The raises are horrible. If you are lucky you will get 2%. Which equals to about 31 cents. There's been people who have been put on medication in order to handle all the chaos in that department. Everyone works their butt off and all you get is "thank you for all that you do" and will bully you around again. They don't show you that they appreciate all the work that you do.
They fired a bunch of people in the billing department because they have a call center in India. The call center in India is a mess. They don't know what they are doing up there.
All the good reviews are from upper management or HR. They send out quarterly surveys, they focus more on finding out who wrote the comments and will do whatever they can to make your life miserable rather than making Breg a better place to work.Advice to ManagementAdvice
