I have been working at Brigham and Women's Hospital part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I have been a per diem employee at BWH for almost 3 years, and I love the friendly work environment, as well as most of the employees and management I have personally worked with. Great place to network and put on your resume as it is an amazing, cutting-edge hospital.

    Cons

Benefits are great - unless you are not a full-time employee - small example, I used to be able to get a half-priced MBTA pass (which was very helpful in getting to work!) and non-exempt employees are no longer able to buy these. I personally have never had trouble, but I know that some people have had issues with management in the departments I work in.
