I have been working at Brigham and Women's Hospital full-time (more than 10 years)

MNA, competitative rates, many specialities to choose from. Many nurses have been working at the Brigham since they began their career. That speaks volumes !

tough place to get an RN job sometimes...people just don't leave. Sometimes new RN's are overwhelmed...very sick patients. No parking on site unless you work you either have to take the T or park on an off site lot and get shuttled in. Depending upon what shift you work and traffic this can add extra time to your commute.
