I have been working at Bright Horizons Family Solutions full-time

    Pros

Basically, nothing. The workload and stress and demands aren't worth it.

    Cons

You name it, it's a con. From the false promises they make to get you in the door to the whole "work life balance" thing, this place is nothing but cons. You have to stay late all the time but no one tells you. You have to figure that out at the last minute when they don't bother to plan for someone to come in to relieve you. Then they make you take a 2 hour break at the last minute to cut your overtime pay you earned. The poor babies get moved all around 4 and 5 times a day to max out all classrooms to save money, even if they cry. Management takes long breaks and set in the office all day and leave to take care of they own children but teachers can't. We are lucky to get to go to the bathroom once a day! Then magically when the region manager shows up managers don't go out or leave early. They set in the office all day drinking coffee and eating but teachers can barely get a break or set down. So wrong!
