I worked at Bright House Networks full-time (more than an year)

Average starting pay and decent work environment with good benefits. The majority of employees are young and that helps to make for a fun atmosphere.

Poor hours for on call workers not getting O/T and having to work in extreme weather conditions at times. Some of the locations in which you have to work are in shady parts of town.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More communication needs to happen between the different divisions and treat your people better.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
