I have been working at Bright House Networks full-time

    Pros

(Refers to the MI division only). We eat ALOT! This can be good or bad depending on your dietary habits. They do a lot for the employees who have customer contact (ie. CSRs, field techs, outside sales people) as far as incentives and prizes. The culture is ok. Benefits are great.

    Cons

You have to know someone on the inside to get hired in to departments other than the call center. It is very little opportunity for advancement since the leadership and well paying positions are held by people who have been with the company 20+ years. Pay raise percentages are low.
