I worked at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexi-time is available and the hospital was very easy to get to. The other office staff were friendly and helpful when I started.

    Cons

Government cuts have led to a very negative environment and people were feeling under pressure most of the time. The doctors could be rather arrogant and the office staff were very quick to turn on you if you inconvenienced them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of those extra layers of management and treat the people who actually do the work with more respect.
