I have been working at Brightstar full-time for more than 3 years

You gain international company experience but because of cost costing you will most likely not travel... Manager once responded "WELL GET ON THE PHONE with the subsidiary if you want to learn about the operations in the foreign subsidiary" but a few weeks later complained "communication was not the best and there was definitely the need to travel". Decent pay if you negotiate well enough...

Terrible life-work balance, extreme pressure and stress to get things done but no resources being allocated to do so. Information systems are a joke. Experienced over 4 cycles of layoffs in my three years there. VPs, Senior Director and high level managers lack experience, leadership and provided no career advancement opportunities; they will make you work, not recognize your effort but will come down on you hard when you make a mistake. The HR Teams are just pawns of upper management and will not fight for the employee even if he is right.
