I worked at Briljent (more than 3 years)

People were nice, pay was good only because it we were working on a government contact.

Terrible hours, incredibly poor management. How people could work 60, 70, and 80 hours a week was beyond crazy. People got sick, morale ewas terrible and management did nothing! It was a shame that so many people had to suffer just to keep their jobs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Owner should have gotten all new managers. Managers should have been made to stay up, all night long, with the workers!
