If you're able to play the political games really well, you may be able to get a decent salary. Maybe. If not, just try to look busy and you can keep your job forever.

Excessive internal politics, departmental silos and feuds, highly immoral/unethical business practices, dated systems, no windows, plenty of fluorescent lighting, complete lack of culture, insane and uneducated individuals in charge, everything is made in cheap Chinese factories, supply chain issues run rampant, little to no employee development, worthless 401k (expensive funds without company match), merit/inflationary raises simply do not exist.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set it all on fire, collect the insurance, and start over. Or don't.
