I worked at Brio Bravo Restaurant Group (More than 3 years)
Starts strong and training was involved with the first wave of dedicated training managers. 401 was average and salaried benefits were "ok". Long hours but after all , it's a restaurant.
Lose your life and your direction in a short amount of time. Advancement is EXTREMELY limited unless you're moving cross country. RVP and DMs are dismissive and indifferent to local staff, a hand shake can go a long way. Profess one thing and execute another.
Advice to Management
The mantra was " Don't like it? Go somewhere else". That's from executive management, good talk. If it isn't about people then what is it about, short term gains, and "hope" for the future? Honestly, No stock option buying incentive for field employees but Upper management gets them handed to them annually? On top of any bonus package??.....Wow
