I worked at Brown and Caldwell

    Pros

    can work on your own

    Cons

trying to keep up with the larger engineering firms work sharing ideas and technologies does not work with BC without the personnel to understand and execute. Unless you fit in certain people's groups and "kiss up", you don't fit in. There is a lot of gossip and back-stabbing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop turning your blind eye and deaf ear
