Current Employee - Tech in Wheaton, IL

I have been working at Buchanan Associates full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible time off, good working hours, good work ethic

    Cons

Uncaring field technician boss. While it has improved still has a long way to go. While hes in a different state he never sees his techs nor has working knowledge of what techs do or works beside them.

One time raise in almost 4 years and it was nothing to write home about while the ceos and vps are still being hired and paid well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Care about your team in the field like you do in the office. Corporate does things for in house people like employee of the quarter that techs can never get. Other people bring this up and its been ignored. And how about a raise for tenured employees that shows you care and respect them?
