Buckeye provides some of the best sales training out there. General Managers and Cleaning Center presidents give you great help and want you to succeed. They provide an EXCELLENT health benefits package, I've had some terrible health insurance so this was a breath of fresh air. Great sales tools provided to Sales Reps. This company does a pretty good job of taking care of its employees.Cons
You will have to drive a LOT for the sales rep positions and the gas compensation doesn't cover it.
The bonus structure was never clearly explained to me and I asked several times. Commissions quarterly wouldn't be that bad, but the convoluted "bonus" isn't an adequate compensation for the volume of sales.Advice to ManagementAdvice
