I worked at Burbank Water and Power as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Hands down this is one of the best, if not the best organization I've worked at. Everyone (including high up managers) will go out of their way to teach you if you show interest. All of BWP thrives on growing and advancing. They are way ahead of the curve when compares with other utilities.

    Cons

Job openings are rare to come by. (Part of their success. Less employees, more work, less cuts).
