I have been working at Burger King full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

You get a paycheck every two weeks like clockwork. You get free food. They provide shirts and ties.

    Cons

Unless you have an urban cultural background, this job is pure frustration from beginning to end. If you are from a challenging area of town then go for it. It is easier if you are one of many.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

With current low wage scales, you can't fix the staff. I would say that changing the product is the only hope you have. The whopper is an old sandwich and that "reinventing" it by constantly putting different condiments on it is not working. You need a new sandwich. If you bring back in a turkey sandwich your sales would skyrocket.
