    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Burlington Coat Factory part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Great co-workers (Team).
    Good holiday hours.
Thanksgiving is off and also Christmas Eve.

    Cons

    Management has favorites.
Does not accommodate full-time positions with students.
If manager does not like you- you simply do not get hours.
After holiday season- expect part-time employee's to get less then 15 hours a week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work-life balance should be encouraged. Schedules should rotate on weekends to be fair to all associates. HR should listen and do something about the employee's confidential comments and should encourage it to be anonymous.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
