Too much time focused on differences of 'Employee vs. Contractor' relationships. They actually have badges that have the "E" and the "C" on it to separate. It's like wearing a yellow star in 1930's European society.
Upper management focuses on obtaining younger people to have them work for next to nothing and have the older experienced people used as contractors and discarded for sake of the bottom line.
Management has been enslaved by the ESOP. They are willing to sacrifice putting their best effort for maintaining the bottom line.
Management is slow to recognize talent. Older employees do not mentor but protect their turf by not sharing information on a timely basis.Advice to ManagementAdvice
