    Horrible/stay far away

Known as a place to start, get your licenses and designations, then leave and never come back.

They pay for your license....after you have already paid. You get reimbursed, once you pass.

There is no confidentiality with upper management. If you have an issue with something or someone, all of the managers will know and so will employees.

They bring the drama but then get highly upset when people talk and get angry with what is going on. Management then turns it on the employees as the ones starting drama and "don't have time to deal with it".

Extreme lack of communication. Things that have to do with you and effect you happen and your one of the last to know.

Management wants focused loyal employees but are quick to make you feel small, unimportant, and easily replaceable.

Conversations that should happen one on one are done in a group setting and done in a fashion of attacking that person.

College graduates, with no experience, are brought on and put above those that have been working there for years.

If you are not skinny, beautiful, a kiss up, or have a third leg, you will go no where with this company. Sexist is just the tip of the iceberg.

You WILL be taken advantage of. You will be told this is not a 9-5 and expect to have your emails on your phone and your laptop glued to your hands while home.

You will be told that what your doing is not good enough and constantly asked if your going to do your job today.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take your own advise and be a professional. Learn to not make long term decisions on short term feelings. It will come to bite you in the butt.

Your employees are what make your office/company run. Maybe take a second to hear them out instead of saying you don't have time for this/them. They may actually know a little more than you may think. They are the ones that allow you to continue to have a job.
