    Pros

There are some great clients and amazing talent at Burson. Its size and reach give you the opportunity to work on varied and diverse set of clients, locally, nationally and, in many cases, globally.

    Cons

At Burson work tends to lead your life, there is not a of balance. The work culture is essentially "bill, bill, bill" and the focus is solely on the bottom line, not the employees. I work hard and have been rewarded for it, but it is draining because I feel like we are looked at as billing machines whose well being comes second.

    Advice to Management

Steps have be taken to better recognize the hard work of employees, however, it mainly seems to be driven by the fact the we did better than expected last year and saved the bonus pool for the senior folks. A genuine interest in employees lives and well being would be greatly appreciated.
