I worked at Butler Schein Animal Health full-time for more than 5 years

They hired on great people that were great to work with and the company continuously grows. They provide a great severance package for those that have been employed for a few years.

There was no room for growth and very rare pay increases.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a mentoring program Hire managers that encourage employee growth within the company and not see employees as a number or someone that can only benefit themselves. Provide opportunities to advance within the company.
