    - Young, ambitious, fun workforce.
    - Great (and free) coffee selection
    - Cool office in a great (not to mention, convenient) part of downtown.
    - You will work with brand-name clients, guaranteed.
    - Solid benefits.
    - Company holiday party is great.


    - Make sure you enjoy designing surveys, because that's what you'll be doing ALL. DAY. LONG. WEEK. AFTER. WEEK.
    - Pay is not good. No bonuses. LONG hours.
    - Clients can be incredibly demanding, rude, and ignorant.
    - Your manager likely has no idea what you're doing, much less when you're going to get promoted.
    - Higher-ups at company think they're a bunch of visionaries. News alert: you're now in a crowded market. How are you going to differentiate?
    - Atmosphere can be very cliquey, borderline high schoolish.
    - You got promoted? Guess what? Your pay still sucks for the amount of hours you work and you're still doing the same old, boring work. Woohoo.

    Advice to Management

    - Raise pay or add bonus structure. You signed on another community? Fantastic, now where's the bonus for the employees bending over backward to appease the client to enable that expansion to happen?

    - Encourage better work/life balance.
