    Great benefits, ESOP program, excellent overall company if willing to relocate.


    Rapidly changes so Constant confusion. Commission structure changes on a monthly basis. Glass ceiling for growth can be reached quickly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    To give a better experience to the customer - Plan out how it affects the customer and complete the entire process before rolling out plans and processes half way that require "Work a rounds". Spend more time creating a standard of expectations that can be seen across all of the stores, call centers, and web - We are Never on the same page and it makes it very confusing and frustrating for the customers.
