I worked at C&S Wholesale Grocers

Only if your located in the nearby vacinity. commuting long distance would add even more stress financially with work atmosphere already in terrible condition. 15 miles tops for me.

The general attitude of the employee's is really bad dating back to past company but the fact that C&S has shown little and no effort in improving this with their just get it done attitude and not actually realizing the employees need to be appreciated and noticed for it would only increase morale and productivity. No place is perfect but making your environment a team and family oriented atmosphere can only help. For the holidays going from christmas bonuses and great thanks giving baskets to tickets to a movie and lunch meat sandwiches was and continues to be bad for morale. Happy employee's are more productive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the good with the bad and learn from it. Making comments like "make budget one week does not mean you made a career" is unprofessional along with abusive language in a so so suppose to be professional environment.
