    I worked at CA Technologies

    Pros

Great benefits, location, hours and pay

    Cons

Too many managers not enough workers. Managers have been there too long and has no idea what is going on in the technical world. Very lazy managers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring in new Managers with state of the art experience. The managers have been there so long that they are set in their old ways and are jus hanging in there till retirement. They could care less on the future of CA and because of this will not adapt to any state of the art technology. JCL, Programming and Software testing are so far behind times.
