It really depends on your specific program. CACI is just a contracting shell for a variety of programs.

    • Comp & Benefits
    • Work/Life Balance
    • Senior Management
    • Culture & Values
    • Career Opportunities

I have been working at CACI International full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Overall humane treatment and professional atmosphere. Salaries were competitive and raises were decent.

    Cons

Only two weeks vacation for the first five years. You're limited in professional scope by the type of program you're on as a contractor. Most programs have their own inertia and hide-bound players already enmeshed in the inner workings. Not a lot of sharing of information. Petty information silos and fiefdoms.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to dislodge the not invented here thinking so prevalent in projects. New ideas and new thinking will make employment more desirable.
