    Pros

The company has made it a priority in recent years to really reengage with Staff on their issues of concern and make real, honest strides toward creating the environment and the company the staff was craving. There have also been noticeable positive advancements in the company culture.

    Cons

The recruiting and hiring process is lengthy, so it often takes too long to fill open positions- leaving the current employees to stretch for a longer period of time than is desirable.

    Advice to Management

Management has opened up the conversation to staff at all levels and they seem to be doing so in an honest effort to advance the company and it's staff. Management should continue the conversation and continue to keep an ear to the ground on concerns from the staff.
