    I worked at CBL

    Pros

    Volunteering as a coach is very rewarding and sometimes life changing. I appreciate the kids that share the same interests I had when it came to basketball.

    Cons

    The cons of working at CBL are terrible set up prior to the season when it comes to selecting teams. The system is very biased and established coaches get the upper hand when selecting kids.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reevaluate the system of selecting the kids and treat each coach with fairness because the kids and the coach deserve a successful experience.
