    I worked at CCMC part-time (more than an year)


    Managers respond to email requests for service about half the time. It's better than not at all.


    CCMC is not proactive. The managers do not know what's going on in communities because they are never there to see the community themselves. They think on-site maintenance is doing what they're supposed to do, but they aren't. So homeowners suffer, then, as mentioned below, managers have to revert to CYA mode, which entails lying about what they knew and when they knew it.
    Basically, it's a cheap, sorry company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop trying to patronize homeowners with cheap donuts and frills, when they really need security upgrades, as in signs, and consistent maintenance upkeep.
