    If you work full time for CDI and not as a contractor, you will get laid off. It's only a question of when.

    I worked at CDI (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    you will find pockets of people who work here who make this company great. They consistently are high performers and go out of their way for each employee they come across. The work is easy and not hard. It's more just being able to problem solve annoyances consistently.

    Cons

    They change things so often, it is impossible for anyone to get into a "groove". There is really no discipline for not doing a good job, and no reward for working hard. You will never feel like you are safe from lay-offs (believe me, you aren't) and the health care provided is an overpriced joke.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get better healthcare! Use communication to actually get everyone on the same page instead of corporate phrasing spewed out through conference calls. TRAIN new employees, and reward hard working ones!
