    I have been working at CDNetworks full-time


    If you are one of the mangers that don't speak up then you are ok.... can show up to work and not worry about a thing... stay quiet and they will leave you alone..


    If you are trying to fix something then you will systematically be pushed out... they are very ego centric and have fragile egos....they pretend to be a big deal in the industry-- but no industry customer cares...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    KDDI please look into the weaker middle mgmt practices... they are just blaming, and blaming others...look at the court cases filed against them in the last three years...its public record.... where there is smoke there is fire....
