    I have been working at CEFCO full-time (less than an year)


    Flexible schedule, cheap employee drinks, customers are friendly and understanding, management can be very helpful and work around your schedule.


    Promised better than minimum wage but started at minimum and have not received a 90 day raise. Most the time left by yourself to work a whole shift and complete all tasks in-between customers. Corporate has non-management members doing management jobs, such as cigarette and inventory counts. Some managers are very eager to hand out write-ups for any reason, even if the incident was a first time offense.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more understanding of your employees, there's not enough time in-between customers to do all shift duties by yourself during a morning or day shift.
