Benefits are good. Work schedule can sometimes be flexible.
No merit based incentives or rewards. Promotions are arbitrary not based on qualifications, no potential for growth. Unchallenged. Underpaid. Mediocracy is encouraged. Run very much like a government job. No useful professional development.
Advice to Management
Reward employees who perform the best and work the hardest (not based on seniority). Managers are not invested in their employees' future or growth within the company.
