    Pros

    The company has an ability to win contracts

    Cons

    The company does not complete the contracts and all growth is always a lateral salary growth. More work same pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Spend the money to keep good contracts and good employees. invest in the companies future and quit penny pinching when it cost you good employees and contracts.
