    Pros

    Fellow employees working hard as a team to give clients the best products and service. It was a great firm when Ralph was the leader - some of us remember him and strive to keep his vision alive.

    Cons

    Long hours, including nights and weekends when there is work, but full time employees sent home with out pay when workload is light (this is not explained at time of hire).

    Advice to Management

    All of the talk about respect and other new values is just talk until you get the managers in the middle to participate and become a united team again. Maybe time to look closer at middle management? (i.e. Sales and proposal mangers holding on to work until Friday afternoon, handing if off expecting it Monday morning - employees going to HR for help no longer an employee after, now all are afraid to speak.) Full time, should mean full time, period - not the individual's job to find work - could use downtime for training, building sharepoints, libraries, etc. Morale is so low - 3000+ lay-offs due to mismanagement while spending millions on re-branding. Average raises for past several years for workers is 1% with no bonuses, incentives, promotions, or even training opportunities. Not even budget to keep equipment up to date. A new logo won't help - actual action on treating employees with your values is a start.
