    I worked at CHP International full-time (more than an year)


    Bonus package, federal paid holidays, two weeks vacation, and regular work week allow for a civilized level of personal time. Medical, dental, and eye insurance also a plus.


    There exists persistent and problematic divisions amongst management, field operations, and client services, such that management too often triangulates, favoring one piece over another one time then reversing course later. Subordinates suffer accordingly, either through withering accommodation or passive-aggressive defensiveness.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Unfortunately, management problems fall on the upper management's shoulders. Ironically, they should fire themselves. Poor decisions follow unqualified personnel in positions of authority. Difficult to right the ship with Mr Roberts at the helm.
