I have been working at CHP International full-time (More than 3 years)
The 401k is a great benefit and the staff are expected to be self motivating and self managing for the most part.
Other benefits including bonuses are getting worse over time. Staff feel like needs are ignored by corporate office especially when given expectations to fulfill and not being given the support to achieve them. Pay increases do not happen, no room for growth as a contract employee.
Advice to Management
Keep contracted areas separate. Plans are made and only one contract keeps true but then suffers when goals aren't met.
