I worked at CML Healthcare as a contractor (less than an year)

Not many good things to say about this company. They paid me on time but that's about it. The actual policies in their manuals are good, though they are not followed by any of the staff.

I was bullied the entire time I was there. I have pretty thick skin but this was unbearable. I was told to "Stop asking questions" on my first week of training. The management was never around to help or to address important issues. I had to quit the job and never received any type of communication in return after the fact ( I would have liked to provide feedback to the manager to better the company). Staff members that had been in the company for a long time seamed defeated and miserable. I was also not made fully aware of what kind of role I would be playing at the company during the interview process. I will never take a job at this company again, and would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice for the management would be to make themselves more available. Especially when training new staff members. They also need to pay attention to the staff members and the way they are treating each other.
