    Pros

    Pay and benefits are good

    Cons

[underwriting] Very high employee turnover, especially with management. Premium goals are often unrealistic and if you hit them they will get even more unrealistic the next year. If you don't hit your goals, you could be looking to find a new job very quickly.

From my experience, too much was expected if you wish to have a work/ life balance and the culture produced management that only cared about new business/ short term results.

Internally and in the marketplace CNA is known to change their direction very quickly.he downsides of working at CNA.

    Advice to Management

Manage your expectations a little better
