    Pros

It's a Midwestern company with very nice people to work with. The community involvement and giving programs are really strong and active. Benefits include same spouse. For insurance, they only sell commercial insurance, but can sell to businesses of all sizes - small to large - and they offer just about every coverage or product a business could need, so it keeps the work very interesting.

    Cons

Three Presidents mean three different points of view that aren't aligned on strategic priorities, though I see opportunity for this getting better in the near future

    Advice to Management

leadership alignment at the very top - meaning, align on strategic priorities - will empower management and employees below to make the right moves for the company - trust the employees.
