Spend more off shift surprise visits, eliminate smoking from the premise (outside the gates, off the clock) eliminate the 8-9:30 breakfast!!! (totally ridiculous) cell phone use should be limited to company phones and in an emergency, you can only use your personal phone in your supervisors office only.
