I worked at CNLBank full-time (More than 5 years)
Still a small company where you talk to the same people in the various departments. They offer decent benefits: health, dental, vision, basic life insurance and 401k.
For a small bank the communication can be lacking at times. Sometimes the only time we would know someone left was their email was returned or forwarded to another employee. Also, it seemed management would be weary to take steps to discipline certain individuals who had attendance or audit issues. There is also no formal training program. It is all on the job training with limited training materials.
Advice to Management
A formal training program needs to be developed and communicate, communicate, communicate with your employees. Senior management needs to be more visible to the rank and file employees. I volunteered for several of the community projects and not one senior executive attended.
