I have been working at CORMAC as a contractor

    Pros

This company makes excellent technical hires (analysts, programmers, testers, etc.) The company has a strong architecture team that spends a lot of time understanding customer data sources and studying how to most effectively move the data into new platforms and use/re-purpose the data. The company strives to be innovative, and cooperation among data architects, developers and analysts is very good.

    Cons

In the past it has been management changes, but seems to have stabilized, reducing changes in direction. They have recently reorganized so that team workloads are better balanced.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More training opportunities would be good.
