First level managers are great, but the Company as a whole doesn't care about their employees

    Pros

The do have good perks, like the gym and the game room area. The first level managers really do go out of their way to help you get better. That's all the pros there are.

    Cons

The compensation is not great. The tell you it's unlimited commissions but they segment and weight what you sell so while you get 2-30% commission on the Gross Margin Dollars from their "stocked" items, if you sell something they don't stock, which is A LOT of stuff, you get 1% of the Gross Margin Dollars. They will also come in an fire you for no reason other than, "the company just wants to go in a different direction" regardless of how well you're doing or how far above you're goals you are. There is no loyalty from the company. Anyone looking to work here needs to be WELL AWARE that regardless of how well you are doing, you need to be very aware every day as it could be your last. Also, if you're looking for healthcare benefits, they are the most expensive I've ever had at any job. To cover a family it was over $1000 a month just for the medical then you need to tack on vision, dental, and all the other items.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you are going to start a new program like the Triads, maybe you should take a look at whether it's a viable plan or not before you start hiring people only to fire all of them within 6 months of them being hired. You fired a lot of good quality sales people recently and you are only hurting yourselves moving forward as it definitely places you in a negative light. You have shown NO loyalty to the people that have been busting their butts trying to build their book of business so they can succeed, only to have you rip it out from them with no warning whatsoever.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
