Compensation and benefits are competitive. Flexibility to work from home when needed. First and second line managers are typically wonderful and fair. Very intelligent people on staff. Generally a supportive environment when people are not wondering when the next wave of lay offs will happen.

Senior Management needs to get a reality check with the people doing the work - some are working their butts off and still get laid off while others doing the minimum are still employed. Revenue goals are unrealistic and makes it impossible to receive the bonuses unless one large contract saves the entire company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start taking a look at your long standing employees; recognize and/or reward them for their efforts. Cut your overhead, so you can sell services at a competitive rate in this economy. Senior Management needs to be held just as accountable for missing revenue goals as the people doing the work.
