I have been working at CQ Roll Call full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Best in class suite of software services

    Cons

Poor management, no sales training, poor marketing, lack of sales support, horrible leads from AX team and marketing, lots of cold calling necessary, churn and burn type of environment with a retention rate of less than 10% of sales talent hired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider making changes to the way the sales team is structured and managed. Current model is "churn and burn" with a less than 10% retention rate for new sales reps.
