    I worked at CRC Health Group full-time (More than 3 years)


    Great mission; excellent webinars; rare company to have the CEO go on Town Hall meetings to address issues, field questions, and discuss company status; clear performance measures and KPI's; personally rewarding work helping people with opioid addiction.


    Very long hours; too high office based position and should allow more remote access; high rhetoric from VP level and up; direct reports should earn more; CD position should pay more base for the amount of profits generated per clinic; challenging to replace key positions which remain unfilled for extended periods of time - often due to low salary structures.

    Advice to Management

    reduce excessive micromanaging when the rhetoric is "it's your clinic"; keep up the best practice presentations as they are very helpful - nice practice here; revise time off scale, especially for new hires, low rate of time off made recruiting difficult. Strong praises for end of year meetings to prepare next FY targets and budgets.
