    Pros

Task oriented, flexible schedule, variety of work projects to keep from getting bored.

    Cons

New system being put in place is taking away some of the flexibility. Company has also reduced hours so that you cannot work more than 24 hours per week.

    Advice to Management

Allow those who have proven themselves within the company to go full-time and offer raises more than once every 4-5 years.
