    I have been working at CROSSMARK part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great worker atmosphere. I see why they hired me and what they were looking for. I am surrounded by people who share my common interests and bubbly personality. They keep me laughing and make the job more fun.

    Cons

    Communication, communication, communication. I can't seem to say that word enough. Although I have had some positive experiences working for this company, management could use more help with preparation and communication. When I first started working I was almost always getting called to come into work because they were short on people, then I had my demo cut and couldn't work for a week. Sometimes I worked a lot, sometimes I didn't. It can be a very challenging job if you don't know how to let some things roll off of you whether it's management or store managers or customers.

    Advice to Management

    Professionalism is a must. I entered your company believing that I would be working under a professional environment, it has not always been this way. My hope is that this will improve drastically.
